The Bubble

As a property negotiator was over 1 year. My customers always ask me the same question “Hey Westly, the properties price in JB was reached a very high level, is’t The Bubble? will broken and price will drop in future?”
I just need 3 points to destroy The Bubble.
1. Penang and Kuala Lumpur
2. Iskandar Johor Bahru
3. Singapore
Currently the properties value in Penang and Kuala Lumpur are much more higher than Johor Bahru. That mean the price of JB properties still got a large space to increase.
Due to Project Iskandar, a lot of new project come into JB, such as education institutes(NUMed, NMIT, Raffles University Iskandar, University of Southampton, Reading University, and Multimedia University) and tourist spot(Legoland Malaysia and Pinewood Iskandar). Those will lead lot of students and residences come to JB.
Singapore also play an important role, there have over half million of Malaysian working in Singapore to earning Singapore Dollar. But most of them won’t buy a house in Singapore because the properties price is unaffordable for them and their family all in Malaysia. So JB is their best choice because nearby Singapore and affordable price. Other than that, some Singaporean also looking for their 2nd or retire home in JB.
Base on those points, I can tell them confidently “The Bubble won’t happen in Johor Bahru.”

I as a sale executive in few company in JB after recovery, which included FMCG and electrical line. I found there got a industry having very good growing and purchasing power even the product price is higher and keep increasing, which is properties market.
Finally i step in to this industry by a friend. Thank her very much, because now absolutely a right timing in properties market. Especially in JB area.
